At Sensor ECS, we recognise that companies have an important role to play in the global effort towards a more sustainable future. That's why we actively work with selected of the UN's 17 Sustainable Development Goals, where we believe we can make the most concrete and meaningful contribution.
Goal 9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure
Sensor ECS develops and delivers industrial hardware solutions with long lifetime and high reliability. By offering quality products that can be maintained and upgraded through interchangeable components, we reduce the need for replacement and waste. This is in contrast to consumer products with short lifespans and high resource consumption. Our solutions are designed to be part of robust and sustainable infrastructures - in both industry and healthcare.
Goal 11: Sustainable cities and communities
We contribute to the green transition of cities and municipalities by developing hardware with low power consumption, long durability and integration into energy-efficient systems - for example in smart city projects, traffic monitoring and public infrastructure.
Goal 3: Health and well-being
Through our involvement in the healthcare sector, we develop and supply medical hardware that contributes to research, diagnosis and treatment. This includes equipment used in the development of vaccines and treatments for both infectious and chronic diseases. Our solutions support better health and well-being globally.
Goal 13: Climate action
Sensor ECS is continuously working to reduce our carbon footprint - both in our daily operations and in our supply chain. We prioritise responsible waste management, energy efficiency and partners who share our ambition of going green. As part of our efforts, we use electric cars for our transport and service driving, which reduces CO₂ emissions and supports more climate-friendly logistics.
