We offer support in both Danish and English and work closely with our manufacturers to ensure a fast response - also in cases where a solution requires insight into the product's original design or firmware.
Warranty, RMA and repair - we take care of the practicalities
All our products come with a manufacturer's warranty, and should the worst happen, we're here to help. We assist with setting up RMA cases, liaising with the manufacturer and coordinating the logistics of return, repair or replacement. No need to contact suppliers yourself - we take care of the entire process.
We document the process and keep you updated so you have an overview of the status of the case. Whenever possible, we help with temporary solutions to minimise the impact on your operations.
