At Sensor ECS, we want to take social responsibility and support organisations that make a difference for people in vulnerable life situations. Below you will find the initiatives and organisations we support - each with their own important purpose.
The Danish Cancer Society
The Danish Cancer Society is Denmark's largest patient organisation with a focus on research, prevention and support for cancer patients and their families. The organisation also works with late effects and early detection. Sensor ECS supports their efforts for a future without cancer.
Danish Hospital Clowns
Danish Hospital Clowns bring joy and security to hospitalised children through play and presence. The clowns are professionally trained and create positive moments during an often difficult time. Sensor ECS supports their meaningful work in paediatric wards across the country.
Heart Gala
Hjerte Galla is an annual fundraising show in favour of the Danish Heart Foundation. The funds go to research, prevention and support for patients with cardiovascular disease. Sensor ECS helps ensure that knowledge and treatments are developed for the benefit of thousands of Danes.
At home (URK Christmas)
URK's Christmas initiative 'In the Home' brings the Christmas spirit to vulnerable families with little money. Volunteers from the Danish Red Cross Youth come to the homes of children and parents with gifts, activities and time. Sensor ECS supports the initiative, which creates security and warmth in a difficult time.
All our children
Alle vores børn is an initiative from the Danish Red Cross, TV 2 and the Danish Football Foundation that raises money for socially vulnerable children in Denmark. The funds are used for holiday help, leisure activities and emergency support. Sensor ECS supports the fight for all children to have the right to a safe childhood and access to community.
Red Cross
The Red Cross provides aid in Denmark and around the world. They are behind everything from emergency aid and first aid to support for vulnerable families and integration. Sensor ECS supports their great work to help where the need is greatest.
Crack Cancer
Knæk Cancer is a nationwide campaign in collaboration between TV 2 and the Danish Cancer Society. The aim is to raise funds for research, information and patient support. Sensor ECS actively participates in the effort to fight cancer and create hope.
Families with children affected by cancer
The organisation supports the whole family when a child is affected by cancer. They offer counselling, respite care and social activities that create community and relief during a difficult time. Sensor ECS supports their important work for both children and families.
Sick Young (Red Cross Youth)
Sygt Ung is a Red Cross Youth initiative where young people share their experiences with illness. It creates community and understanding and gives voice to those who are often overlooked. Sensor ECS supports the work for openness, equality and better well-being among young people.
