A notable feature of the EMS-SKLU-Marine is its fanless design that eliminates the risk of dust, humidity and corrosion, making it ideal for withstanding the challenging conditions at sea. The system operates in a wide temperature range from -20°C to 60°C and fulfils IP50 standards, ensuring protection against dust ingress and limited water radiation.

In terms of memory and expandability, the EMS-SKLU-Marine is equipped with a 260-pin SODIMM socket that supports up to 16 GB DDR4 2133 MHz SDRAM. In addition, the system includes four COM ports with 2.5KV isolation protection, which is essential to prevent electromagnetic interference and protect against transients.
